HOW TO USE THE MASK

1. Thoroughly remove makeup and cleanse the skin.
We recommend using a gentle cleansing product Envy Therapy Cleansing Face Milk, which removes makeup, sebum, and impurities without disrupting the skin barrier.

2. Apply a serum or booster.
Before putting on the mask, apply a lightweight, non-greasy serum or concentrated booster suitable for light therapy. Active ingredients applied before therapy work more intensively because the infrared spectrum supports microcirculation and cellular metabolism, thereby increasing their effectiveness.
Suitable active ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, peptides, ceramides, panthenol (vitamin B5), aloe vera, beta-glucan, centella asiatica, allantoin, growth factors, exosomes, and NAD⁺, especially hydrating, regenerating, and soothing active ingredients.
Unsuitable active ingredients: Retinoids (retinol, tretinoin, adapalene, tazarotene), AHA/BHA/PHA acids (e.g. glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, salicylic acid, gluconolactone, lactobionic acid), azelaic acid, strong forms of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), hydroquinone, and all chemical, mechanical, as well as enzymatic peels.

3. Put on the mask and secure it using the adjustable strap.
The mask must fit comfortably against the face so that the light is distributed evenly.

4. Turn on the mask using the remote control or the controls directly on the mask and select the desired mode.
Choose the mode according to the skin’s current needs.

5. During therapy, you may move freely and let the active ingredients work.
Light energy supports cellular regeneration and at the same time enhances the effect of the applied product. The combination of light and active ingredients ensures a more intensive and targeted result.

6. After completing the therapy, apply a moisturizing cream.
Lock in the effect of the therapy with a suitable cream that supports hydration and restoration of the skin barrier.


MASK CONTROLS AND REMOTE CONTROL

The mask can be controlled in two ways: by using the remote control or directly via the button built into the mask.

Controls directly on the mask

There is an integrated control button located on the right side of the mask.
• Turning on the mask: press and hold the button for approximately 2–3 seconds.
• Switching modes: briefly pressing the button switches between the individual light modes (Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3).
• Turning off the mask: press and hold the button again for a few seconds until the device switches off.

This system enables simple operation even without using the remote control.

Remote control

The mask is equipped with a separate remote control. The remote control allows switching between the three light modes (MODE button), but cannot turn the mask on and off. You must always turn it on and off using the integrated button on the mask.

Wireless use

The mask is wireless, which significantly increases comfort, allows free movement, and at the same time reduces the risk of connector damage. The wireless solution makes the therapy a comfortable home ritual without limitations.


EXPOSURE TIME AND DURATION OF ONE THERAPY SESSION

The LED 2.0 Biohack Mask is set so that one automatic cycle lasts 10 minutes. After this time, the mask switches off and the light stops shining.

Recommended length of one therapy session

To achieve optimal results, we recommend a total duration of one therapy session of 20 minutes. This means that after the first 10-minute cycle ends, you turn the mask on again and complete a second 10-minute cycle.

How to work with modes during a 20-minute therapy session

During one 20-minute therapy session, you may use the same mode during both cycles, or switch between cycles.


FREQUENCY OF USE

First month: 4x per week.
Second month: 3x per week.
From the third month onward: 2x per week long-term.


CHARGING

To charge the LED mask, you will need a USB-C charger (not included in the package). Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charger and the LED mask. During charging, the red indicator light flashes. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light stops flashing and remains steadily lit.
Using a 5 V / 1 A charger, a full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours. You may also use another compatible charger with an output voltage below 28 V. If the voltage exceeds 28 V, the protection mode will be activated – the mask will not be damaged, but it will not charge.


CONTRAINDICATIONS

The use of the LED 2.0 Biohack Mask is not recommended in the following cases:

• pregnancy or breastfeeding without prior consultation with a doctor
• photosensitivity (increased sensitivity to light)
• use of medications or supplements causing photosensitivity (e.g. certain antibiotics, retinoids, isotretinoin, acne medication, hormone therapy, etc.)
• genetic disorders of the eye or skin
• epilepsy or neurological disorders sensitive to light stimuli
• active oncological disease
• recent surgical or invasive procedures in the facial area without a doctor’s approval
• active skin infections, open wounds, or pronounced inflammatory symptoms

In the event of excessive redness, burning, irritation, or any other adverse reaction, stop the therapy immediately and consult a specialist.
